Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
